Nice job over-all. Cast shadow opposite the nose needs work. Tiny bit of reflected light near the corner under the eye [in the shadow so keep reflected light very dim.] Also, where the cast shadow touches the form shadow on the cheek needs a dim reflected light separation. Softening edge of the shadow shape [in a couple of places subtlety] over the top of the mouth and cast shadow under the lower lip will work wonders. I would not spend more than 15 minutes tops to fix or overwork may result. I follow the axiom: "move the brush less and think more".
Everything else is very good, but these areas stand out as unresolved. Would not waste my time, but you have a lot of talent and this piece is very close.
I don't see how this falls into the category of makeup; if you had created a marilyn manson look, that would be different, but you just painted him. I'm not a contributor, but I don't think this should be in
